Not your typical dealership experience. Everyone was very friendly and genuine and we didn’t feel any pressure to buy or sign up for add-ons. It was a little time consuming but still faster than past experiences in other dealerships (maybe 4-5hrs from arrival to driving new car away, including test driving). I had about a week of email correspondence with the sales team while trying to locate the car I wanted and they were transparent with me up front and checked in regularly to keep me updated on arrival status of “my car” (gotta love pandemic-era car shopping where everything is “dealer-ordered” or “in transit”). Once “my car” arrived, they set me up with one of their sales guys, Edward (he was awesome) and the whole process was seamless. No sheisty, smarmy sales folks here, just honest folks who want to meet you halfway on a deal. The whole process was worth the hour drive from the other side of the state (Easley). More
I visited Vic Bailey's Quick Lane service for an oil change and multi point checkup. I had to have some additional work completed, which turned out to be a blessing. My wife and I are planning a trip change and multi point checkup. I had to have some additional work completed, which turned out to be a blessing. I work for a company that has a fleet of F150's. We use Vic Bailey all the time because they are a ford dealership and that is the only reason. The service department will not communicate with us at all when it come to the timeline of doing the work. Don't go their to get an oil change you will be waiting for hours. I would not recommend doing business with them EVER. More
Hats off to the service department. They, especially Wayne Loveless , this week when my F150 was in for service and my wife’s car died and they sent someone out to start it twice. It was then discover Wayne Loveless , this week when my F150 was in for service and my wife’s car died and they sent someone out to start it twice. It was then discovered the battery had a dead cell.
