Help in an emergency We were about to leave on vacation and our 2015 Navigator wouldn't start! The battery was dead. I jumped it to start and drove directly to dealer, Vic We were about to leave on vacation and our 2015 Navigator wouldn't start! The battery was dead. I jumped it to start and drove directly to dealer, Vic Bailey Ford. It was 4 PM on Friday afternoon when we arrived. Although it was late and some employees had already left for the day, they quickly ran some tests, assessed our situation, and installed a new battery. Although this was an emergency situation for us, it was not for the dealer. Nevertheless, they acted as if it was their emergency and they really saved the day, and the start of our vacation. GREAT SERVICE!!! More
