And then we wait!!!!! This dealership took my 2013 Explorer on a Wednesday and I Neve got it back until the following Friday of the next week. That Wednesday I was told mechanic went home with a sore leg. Thursday I was told that they didn't have a turbo to fit so they would have to order it. Friday it came in too late to put it in. I was asked if they could keep it until Monday. This is my only vehicle but luckily my son had left his second vehicle so I said ok. Monday cane and I was told that they didn't have a gasket and had to order it. Tuesday was a no go, the gasket came in to late. Wednesday they took the old turbo out and went to put the new one in and guess what they didn't have the right length banjo bolt and would have to order one. It came in on Thursday and yup too late to finish so Friday I get my car back. Lack of planning and making sure that the right parts are there to me was being a back yard mechanic. Once I got the car back it ran great. More

UNETHICAL I brought my truck in to be serviced in January. I had to return it because it was smoking, The sales manager said they would make it right for fr I brought my truck in to be serviced in January. I had to return it because it was smoking, The sales manager said they would make it right for free. They kept my car for 6 months and kept telling me "paying customers come first". Finally, when the car was fixed, I was denied the keys and given a bill for$4500.00 When I questioned the bill with itemized repairs that I never gave permission to be done, i was told a lien would be put on my car if I did not pay half of the bill. They refused to give me my keys. I was shocked.! Finally, because I cannot afford a lawyer, though the law had been broken, I wrote a check for $2100.00, which the owner and GSM both assured me was a deal. The owner graciously offered to take the parts that I did not agree to off the car I had waited 6 months for. Yes, the repairs were well over what I thought they were doing, but I did not agree to them! UNETHICAL! More
