Service was acceptable, but took longer than expected. My 2016 Edge was brought in on Wednesday and I finally picked it up Saturday morning. Communication with me was NOT good,as I had to keep calling every day to find out status. Also, the air filter was changed, when I specifically said not to change it. The filter cost $15, but I was charged almost $25 for labor to change it. A simple job I could do in 10 minutes! More
