Once we had truck, we found things over a few weeks that needed repair. One of the USB ports does not work - they want to charge me $140 to replace; the sunroof is broken and they may charge me $3200 to fix. I used it three times and on the third time, it would not close correctly. It will be interesting to see how they respond. More

Because I was initially in the market for an unused 2019 I had visited or contacted other Ford Dealers, but had no luck and got little or no response, My wife had purchased a Subaru from Vic Bailey about 2 years ago and we had a great experience in dealing with Michael Cecil so we called Michael and through Vic, IV we hooked up with Will Gillespie. This was Monday morning June 29. By Monday evening Will had found a 2019 and a 2020 each exactly what I was looking for. By Thursday afternoon, July 2 the 2020 was in my driveway. Terrible Service and Dismissive Techs Extremely disappointed with the service. I went for a recall service and I asked for a simple oil change. When I returned for my car I noticed they ga Extremely disappointed with the service. I went for a recall service and I asked for a simple oil change. When I returned for my car I noticed they gave me the most expensive oil change which includes other service, which I did not ask for. When I took the car back I noticed it was bouncing when I was driving the car. I called the service department and got a voicemail where I left a message. No one bothered to call me for an entire day so I called back the next day. There was a guy who answered the phone. When I asked for his name so I knew who I was talking to, he refused to give his name and told me he was "reception". When I told him about the message I left him he basically said it did not matter because I had already made an appointment to have the car looked at, which was true. Even so, I expected a call back to acknowledge they receive the message. The day of the appointment I went online to confirm the time and I noticed the appointment had been removed. So know I have a car that is having issues and service staff at Vic Bailey who are playing games and ignoring my requests to have my car looked at. I am sure that if I were I been a white person they would've jumped through hoops to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this place at all. More

It took some time, but the mechanic was able to locate and fix the problem (turbo bypass hose). I have always appreciated the quality of the mechanics at Vic Bailey. Also, the people at the front desk who check us in are friendly and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to deal with. More

I told them how much time I had to close the deal (because we were also moving that day), and every person moved as quickly as possible to get me approved and out the door.
