I love my highlander that we bought this past week. When I reached out to the dealership, Abby was quick to respond. She made sure that I received the additional photos that I requested. He showed us all he needed to with the vehicle. He was very respectful of the fact that we had done a lot of our own research on the car, and didn’t try to “sell us” on it, but pointed out anything that he thought would be a cool feature of the vehicle.
