This dealership reputation has definitely improved & won my business this time. I had purchased my last two Ford / Lincoln vehicles from Greenville, but they lost my business this time. The internet sales person and two of the Ford Maintenance Advisors were very “smart” & rude to me as an older person, but Vic Bailey was very polite and trustworthy to me. More

We had great communication the whole process even when my sales agent moved to a different area. I was immediately introduced to Rory who took great care of me. Along with the finance manager Andy who was great to work with. Excellent experience. More

We purchased a Lincoln Corsair and couldn't have been happier with the experience. The salesman, Corey Arnold, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. 0/10 canNOT recommend Vic Bailey Quick Lane. Robert Anthony and his staff will never again touch anything that I own. I took my vehicle in for The Works service (oil change, tire rotation, inspe Robert Anthony and his staff will never again touch anything that I own. I took my vehicle in for The Works service (oil change, tire rotation, inspection and more). Mr. Anthony advised that I needed tire replacement, a new battery, and other minor routine maintenance issues addressed. He gave me a small printout saying that my battery failed inspection, measuring 339 of 600 CCA. However, on the notes printed at the end of the service, it indicated the battery was good on page 1 but recommended replacement on page 2. He marked my tires in the yellow and indicated 4/32 tread remained. I got in my vehicle and noticed that my tires had NOT been rotated and the tire pressure had NOT been checked as indicated on my paperwork. I took photos as proof and drove away, as it would not have been productive for me to speak to anyone in that moment with my level of frustration. I went to O’Reilly’s for battery check where I was told that it passed the test but they were unable to provide a printout. So, I went to the Ford dealership in Gaffney to have it tested. I watched them test it and received the printout indicating the battery was good, measuring 566 of 600 CCA. Back I went the next day to Vic Bailey Ford to address my concerns with Mr. Anthony. Mr. Anthony was very unprofessional and childlike in addressing my concerns. He continuously spoke over me and denied that he made any mistakes or any wrongdoing. When presented with the printouts of the battery test from the other Ford dealership, he tripped over his words saying “it’s impossible to mess up a battery test; it is whatever the machine says it is. The only thing he admitted was failure to check the tire pressure after I presented him a date/time and mileage stamped picture indicating one of the tires was 9 psi below the others. His excuse for this was the work was performed by an Asset student and they sometimes don’t do what they are supposed to do. (Excuse me sir that asset student is acting as your employee; is it not your responsibility to supervise him and ensure he is doing the job properly?) His excuse for the tire rotation issue was that they don’t rotate tires once they wear below 2/32. To which I said your notes marked them in the yellow with 4/32 which means they should have been rotated. His response was that they didn’t truly measure 4/32 that he just had to mark them as yellow so that Ford didn’t punish them for letting a customer walk out with an issue in the red. At this point I was tired of being spoken over and lied to so I asked for his supervisor. Mr. Brad Clary then came in and was very professional and understanding. He had his shop foreman redo the entire service in the regular service department. At this service, the battery passed the test, the tires were rotated, pressures were made even, tires measured at 5/32 and I was advised that new tires were not needed at this time. While I certainly appreciate Mr. Clary’s professionalism and quick attempts to resolve the issues, this does not negate the fact that the trust has been broken on a five year relationship with this dealership. How do I know that any of the routine service work the Quick Lane claims to have performed for me was ever actually performed? Not only did you lie to me, you lied to Ford. Who else are you lying to? How I am I to trust that any future work done at Vic Bailey would truly be performed? These efforts also do nothing to address the three additional hours of my valuable time, the 50 mile (round trip) extra wear and tear on my vehicle, and the gas expense it took for me to have the original services that were promised actually completed. Please note, this negative review is of Mr. Anthony and his Quick Lane staff only. All other individuals that I have ever had contact with at this dealership have been outstanding. More
