Erica Harvey did a good job and did it well. Not so the mechanics. I was promised a "detailed Vehicle Report Card" which I never received. When I called back to request such, I was told it ha Not so the mechanics. I was promised a "detailed Vehicle Report Card" which I never received. When I called back to request such, I was told it had been stapled to my service invoice. However, nothing was stapled and no staple marks are found on that invoice. The whole multi-point inspection was over in under a half hour which really surprised me. I have no proof that any of it was done but I do know the brakes were not checked as the tool for removing the caps was still lying on the front seat untouched and wrapped in its envelope as I always leave it when having this service. As a new customer, just moved to FL from Canada, I was very much disappointed. I had hoped to find a reliable Ford Dealership in the area to which I could entrust my vehicle. So far no luck. More

I got a call saying my truck was ready to pick up, when I arrived it was delivered to me with transportation home while the work was being performed. Absolutely zero communication between the service reps. I dropped my car off and my service rep got called in so I was pawned off on another guy. Waited all day to hear back and I ended up having to call an hour before they closed. Then the next day that guy called in and I again I had to call and get information about what was happening with my car. Missed a half day of work dealing with getting a rental, all could have been avoided if there was better communication between reps. Once everything was eventually figured out, my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. More
