They lied to me and stated that in order for my to get an alignment I’d need to get upper/ lower bearing which was done by another reputable automotive shop within the year. I told the salesman underwriter this and he leaned under the truck and looked and said you need to take it back to them , so I did and they referred me to their alignment guy and it was done immediately. Ford alignment guys lied to me for me to pay them for work that was already done if I would’ve fell for it. I would recommend their team to anyone. More

I took my truck in because the windshield washer fluid was only dribbling out on my windshield. The mechanic checked it out and suddenly a plastic clip on the hose just before the hose went to the cowl st was only dribbling out on my windshield. The mechanic checked it out and suddenly a plastic clip on the hose just before the hose went to the cowl started leaking. I was told I would need to purchase a new cowl for 900 or 1200 dollars to fix it. Well I went home and removed that clip and connected the fluid hose to the existing 90 degree fitting and that stopped the leak at that fitting just before the cowl. Then I removed the pump from the washer fluid tank and found the filter on the pump was clogged with some sludge. I cleaned the filter and installed the pump back in the tank, filled it with washer fluid and it worked perfectly with no leaks. My son has a friend who is a mechanic at another Ford dealer and he said the First thing he does when fluid is dribbling out is to remove the pump and clean the filter, that almost always fixes it. More
