I went in for a oil change I went in to Ford on all change and the person that did my all change. His name was Tony. Apparently Tony did not know how to start my Chevy venture v I went in to Ford on all change and the person that did my all change. His name was Tony. Apparently Tony did not know how to start my Chevy venture vehicle properly, so my husband had to go out there and just put the keys in the ignition and started. This was supposed to be a free oil change. For the last time I was there, evidently not everything in life is free is good, this was horrible, we waited for at least over 2 and a half hours. Maybe 3 hours. And this is just for all change that was already had an appointment for. Then we got in our car and it started acting funny, we said well, maybe because it just had all change we decided to go to walmart. And then went to public. When we got a public to get back in our car, the car would not start, I did not have no problem on my car since I took it in the Ford now I have problems because my car would not start, I would not recommend not even my dog to go back to for they just lost my business,I been going there for over almost a year now. And they mess my van up I even had to get my van told all the way home because apparently seems to me like they got workers that don't have a xxxx clue what they are doing over there, I would not recommend taking any cars, so if you value your car, do not take you there in Ford, if you are reading this, don't have a call my phone again, lose my number I would never buy your car, I don't want anything from you do not call me. Had me on the phone for 50 minutes. I never answer, I wonder, did answer, they said, hold on hold up on me rude, and then you want people to bring their business to you. No customer wants no business with no place that cannot take them seriously and do not take responsibility for whatever they work have done to other people car I am on a budget, I am not rich and they have messed up my rid thank you Ford for nothing I am a mother with 3 kids and a sick husband and now we have no car because of you people More

Best service by any area dealership! I can't say enough positive things about the service department @Ford Mitsubishi of Port Richey, and I wouldn't dream of taking our 3 Ford vehicles an I can't say enough positive things about the service department @Ford Mitsubishi of Port Richey, and I wouldn't dream of taking our 3 Ford vehicles anywhere else.I also can't say enough good things about our service adviser Steve Wollak. He is the best service guy I've ever dealt with. He's very knowledgeable and so friendly... you almost feel like you're chatting with a family member. He goes above and beyond to make your visit as pleasant as possible, and when I'm ready to trade my Taurus Ltd in I feel confident in being treated just as well in sales as I have in service...I can't recommend this dealership and especially Steve in their service dept highly enough....they're the best. More

Typical.ford let down Not a good experience and waste of time and energy. They know they have a 🍋 lemon with the fiesta but continue to waste everyone's time and energy with ridiculous service rules. the crap clutch on the transmission that they just replaced still makes loud grinding noises, doesn't down shift properly, and sounds worse than when I brought it in....saying we have to drive it this way while it has a 1000 Mile "break in"period... Really¿??? Let's hope it doesn't break or lunge forward and cause an accident in the next 1000 miles.... Stupid rule and dangerous. I never liked Ford, gave it a chance with this last fiesta purchase and learned first hand why it was the dumbest thing I ever did and definitely regret. Service dept Tracy was nice but since car was returned the first time with broken seat and obviously not test driven before making me come back for no reason I have very bad feelings for competency for the whole organization.I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER FORD PRODUCT! More

Excelent Service Thank you Ford of Port Richey for your fast and efficient professional service on my CPO Escape. I purchase the vehicle and not the extended warranty Thank you Ford of Port Richey for your fast and efficient professional service on my CPO Escape. I purchase the vehicle and not the extended warranty only to have battery problems within the first week. I called and made a service appointment, and talked to my salesman. My Escape was taken in on time and repaired promptly! The general manager picked up the cost of the battery and installation. I was blown away. The people here go out of there way to make sure the customer is happy, hard to find this level of customer service these days. Thank you again for all you have done. More
inexperienced or lazy parts sales person I called "YOUR PARTS DEPARTMENT" for a replacement part for my 1995 f-150 a clutch rod (It' s a very poor/bad design), Your employee said that "FORD" I called "YOUR PARTS DEPARTMENT" for a replacement part for my 1995 f-150 a clutch rod (It' s a very poor/bad design), Your employee said that "FORD" doesn't make that part anymore. He might be right. Here's ford's part number for it, (F2TZ7506A) try "NAPA" maybe you will get lucky. pretty much said good luck finding one. Well I don't have much choice but to try every salvage yard or parts store in the state of Florida to get my truck going again. Anyway long story short, I did find the part locally, It's packaged under the "Master Clutch Cylinder." You will tell your parts guy won't you. :) You get the rod "FREE" with purchase of the master cylinder how generous of them. Maybe your employee should look @ the schematic closer before just saying (I don't have time to help you) Ford doesn't make that part anymore. A very disappointed customer, well I guess i'm not really a customer since I didn't purchase anything and probably never will after today. Thanks for not helping me out.
