Nothing outstanding I usually schedule my appointments very early and my advisor was late according to the other staff memebers. Much of the staff isn’t very accommodatin I usually schedule my appointments very early and my advisor was late according to the other staff memebers. Much of the staff isn’t very accommodating. Once steve he had taken the his customers. He seemed tired and aggravated. I asked him to check for leaks it was done, nothinf found they did tell me my brakes were low. I use to go to a dealer in NJ and they would go ober the report...tires brakes everything so you understood. Here they just get you in and out. Only reason why i keep going here is cause its close. Otherwise id be gone More

We made an appointment on-line for the service about a week prior. On the day of the appointment, the service department was quite busy, and it took a little while to get waited on and checked in. Otherwise, the check-in went smoothly. We were told that it would take a couple of days to complete the recall service, which was anticipated and understood. We received an update phone call that evening from Travis, which was appreciated. The following day, service was completed and we got the call from Travis that our car was ready, and he communicated the amount we owed. I was somewhat taken aback by the price, but is was on me to ask how much the service was going to cost. When we picked up the car, it took some time to get waited on, and then additional time to find our keys and work order, but otherwise, the service was completed to our satisfaction, and the car was freshly washed to boot! More
