Terrible customer service Our service man was disrespectful, it is pretty pathetic when a 62 year old lady has to walk a mile and a half to pick her car up after service. Plus Our service man was disrespectful, it is pretty pathetic when a 62 year old lady has to walk a mile and a half to pick her car up after service. Plus they did nothing and told us to take it to a chev dealership for service even though we purchased the vehicle there and were supposed to have 90 day or 3000 mile warrant upon purchase which was not the case. Right from the sales rep to service we are very disappointed. We chose to deal with Ford as we are Canadians and have a great relationship with Ford of Canada.......not so with Ford of Port Richey. More
