I went to Ford and saw Frances, who had taken good care of my car at the prior service there. She noticed right away that my left side passenger tire had taken on a nail. She checked on my tire warranty, notified the warranty company, had my tire fixed, and I drove my car home; satisfied. More

Thanks Tech Ernie and Service Man. T.J. Squirrels ate one of my coolant hoses. Overheating could have been catastrophic. I brought my 2014 Fusion to Ford of Port Richey for repair. A prefor Squirrels ate one of my coolant hoses. Overheating could have been catastrophic. I brought my 2014 Fusion to Ford of Port Richey for repair. A preformed hose had to be replaced. The bad news was that it would take 3 to 5 days to get the new hose and do the replacement. The long shipping time was not the fault of this dealership. When it did arrive, the work was done promptly and well by Ernie the tech. Service Manager T.J. and Assistant Service Manager Frances were very helpful and understanding. Thanks, guys! My only concern was the long wait for the new hose. I'm confident that it was not the fault of this dealership. I feel that ford Motor Company needs to improve its speed of parts shipping. More
