Nothing done for 375.00 My check engine light came on I went to Ford because I heard They had superior service then I got charge 375 to take apart my engine to be told I nee My check engine light came on I went to Ford because I heard They had superior service then I got charge 375 to take apart my engine to be told I need a new engine not that it could be rebuilt nothing and then you guys wanted $9000 for the new Engine That I can get for 5000.00 all day long as well as 3,300 for install that I can get done for 1,500 to 2,000 anywhere else So basically I got charged $375 for y’all to do absolutely nothing I will never try y’all again and will be reviewing you on Every form of social media The guy who helped mewad The guy who helped me was actually its your Policies and price galging that sucks More

Frank I had Frank who was in a bad mood since I walked in. There was an issue with scheduling or something which was out of my power but i still received ma I had Frank who was in a bad mood since I walked in. There was an issue with scheduling or something which was out of my power but i still received major attitude for it. He argued with a co-worker in front of me and then snatched my Keys away. I didn't have a great experience and will avoid Frank if I ever come back to New Port Richey Ford. More
Service Advisor was great, but greatness ended there. The Service Advisor I worked with was great and I feel bad for him because the Service Manager if far from being great. I took my truck in for a noise The Service Advisor I worked with was great and I feel bad for him because the Service Manager if far from being great. I took my truck in for a noise that goes away in four when drive. After having my truck for 3 days they call and tell me it is fixed, when in fact it is not. I called the service manager to let him know and he said it is his professional opinion that the noise is coming from the tires. Whichever did not make sense because the noise goes away in four wheel drive. But instead of arguing with him, I took my tuck to the tire dealer who inspected the tires and found nothing wrong with them. I would not suggest taking your vehicle to Ford of Port Richey for service, I know I will not be back. After spending over $60,000 on a truck, I would assume the dealership would take care of their customers, this does not seem to be the case for Ford of Port Richey. More
Schedule problems I called to schedule oil change appointment on Monday at 8:30 a m left my name and number because the person, Missy was covered up I was told. On Tuesday I called again because I had not gotten a call back. Told still busy so I said just put the service manager on the line..,.all at once Missy was on the line scheduling it. Time 1 on Wednesday, pulled in at 12:50 to a long line got checked in at about 1:25. Waiting room no seats, got car done about 3:30. Frank service advisor said call him next time. More
