Helpful but a long wait I visited Ford to get an oil change at 4pm on a Thursday. John assisted me and put my car right in. I told John I needed new rear tires and had a pric I visited Ford to get an oil change at 4pm on a Thursday. John assisted me and put my car right in. I told John I needed new rear tires and had a price from another shop already. John priced two tires for me but couldnt meet nor beat the price. John checked the status of my car for me when I grew impatient waiting for my oil change to be completed. The waiting room only had two other people in it but that didnt stop me from still getting my car back 2 hours after arriving at Ford at 6pm. When paying my coupon was honored but the girl handling the transaction didnt give the customer copy of the work performed this visit or the time prior. I also had to ask for a copy of the battery test. Unless I have most of the afternoon to blow I probably will continue to use the coupons I get from this dealer at Flammer Ford in Tarpon. The staff I met at Ford of PR were nice and John was helpful and went out of his way to assist me. I liked his customer service enough to return but the wait time was awful. My work sends their fleet to Ford of PR sometimes and I know they do a good job on repairs and annual maintenance but I ended up going elsewhere for my battery and tires I needed due to the price and potential length of time it couldve taken for the job to be completed. Oil change The prices went up used to be 19.95 for oil change and tire rotation. Now its 39.95 for the same thing! Ridiculous! When i asked the service advisor abiut it he said oh we've changed management twice in the last year! I might be going to Flameer ford in spring hill after this. After tax and other fees almost $50 for an oil change! I used to pay around 25. Otherwise a good experience. More
