Your service advisor is very good. He told me we have an oil leak. He arrange for a rental car. The parts department leaves a lot to be desired. Poorly managed. I ordered mats for a new Expedition and never received a call to let me know they were in. I had to ask for assistance to carry the three boxes to my vehicle. Two of the boxes looked like they had been opened before and sure enough the mats looked used, and the cargo liner didn't fit. I don't recall the guy's name (drives a big truck and wears his hat backwards) in the parts department that decided to interject himself into the conversation about my mat order. Randy the manager was there and said nothing as this employee spoke over me and acted like I wasn't standing there. I did ask him who he thought he was and said I didn't appreciate his comments or the way he ignored my presence. Again, Randy just stood there (crickets.) Mike was very apologetic and made sure that the refund paperwork was taken care of. Courtney, the cashier was another story. She initially told me that I would have to go home, get the original sales slip for the mats and return to process a CFNA refund. I told her no, to call management to assist her and she kept saying she needed info off that paperwork. Another employee sitting in that area came over, apologized and said call Nicole and she will handle it that an error would cause the drawer to be off and create more work for Nicole. I have no idea if Courtney was trained properly but I was NOT impressed. It seems like professionalism isn't a requirement in this department (parts/cashier.) This dealership lost a $481.00 sale on the mats and another $128.40 for a hood deflector. Why has Ford allowed such a decline in professionalism and zero decorum! More
