Good and bad would recommend if not a big problem I have had good and bad times at this center. I would use another but it is to far. This time I think they for it right but it was the 3rd time for I have had good and bad times at this center. I would use another but it is to far. This time I think they for it right but it was the 3rd time for the same issue. So far it seems they finally got it right. They also said it would take 45 minutes and I was there for over 2 hours. Service center not friendly or timely When I arrived at the service department I waited at my truck for at least five minutes and no one came to greet me at my truck. I walked over to one When I arrived at the service department I waited at my truck for at least five minutes and no one came to greet me at my truck. I walked over to one of the service advisors and asked him that I needed a oil change. He said he would be right with me as soon as he took care of the lady it was parked next to me. I told him I had been there longer than her. He then said oh I’m sorry nobody greeted you and I said no they did not. He did all the paperwork and said it would be an hour. It took over two hours to get in will change totally ridiculous. When I was done he said sorry took so long one of the managers stop everyone from working and had a meeting in the middle of my oil change. Not sure how you can justify that I won’t be coming back anytime soon. My time is valuable and it should not take two hours to get an oil change. More
