I arrived at 9:45 for 10:00 app for oil change on rv. When I made the appointment I was told it would take 1-1 1/2 hrs and we would wait for it. It was 11:00 when I realized that my rv was still parked When I made the appointment I was told it would take 1-1 1/2 hrs and we would wait for it. It was 11:00 when I realized that my rv was still parked in the same spot. No one came to me explaining the delay. I had another appointment at 11:45 and asked for my keys.
