Been in before for pm service. All great! This time I go in - on time - for my appointment for an oil change early Saturday pm. I get the oil change & ask about trans fluid change. Service rep (not one l in - on time - for my appointment for an oil change early Saturday pm. I get the oil change & ask about trans fluid change. Service rep (not one listed below) tells me it costs $110 but no service folks available until next week. I make another appointment, come back 10 miles Tuesday, speak to the same rep, l now have one of your 15% ( maybe 10%) off service coupons and show him. He says ok, gets my car into the shop and 2-3 hours later shows me my bill for $180 +. "What?!" He explains it was supposed to cost more than he quoted. "Why didn't you tell me that earlier,?" "Well," he says "you can pay only $110 (no mention of my coupon) but they will take the deficiency out of my paycheck!" I appeal to service mgr who sounds bored and simply says they will not. Didn't pursue discount any further. Paid the $110. Felt terrible. Wife asked how much I saved with the dealer's on-line coupon she found for me! More

Did not like the fact that my oil leak cost me $2000 and it was not fully repaired as stated also the car shook after the repair returned back to service department and the car was in the shop for a week. it was not fully repaired as stated also the car shook after the repair returned back to service department and the car was in the shop for a week. I needed to bring it in two times for all work to be completely done. And oil is still leaking under the car and Toni stated it’s from a different area. Not happy that my car was not fully repaired.
