I have always had a good experience until this time. When I made the appointment I was never told I would need to leave my car. I was told they would call me the following day around noon to give me an updat I made the appointment I was never told I would need to leave my car. I was told they would call me the following day around noon to give me an update. No call I called about 4:45. I was told someone would call me right back. Again no call I was forced to call in to work the next day as I didn’t have a way to get to work. Finally the morning I called into work I was called and told my car was done. This lack of communication that cost me a days pay will probably stop me from coming back. More
