I asked the service advisor to use my air filter and have it changed, for a $7 fee of course. Also to do a wash after the oil change. It was not done. Steve does an awesome job. Still irks me to have to pay shop charges, rags and hand cleaner is part of the cost of doing business. When you get on a plane the pilot doesn’t ask for his lunch money. Worst service. Was charged 150 for nothing. Absolutely nothing done on my car. I will never be returning to this service department. Had me wait 3 hours for my car when they couldn't even do one simple ta nothing done on my car. I will never be returning to this service department. Brought my own oil for an oil change and other oil was put in . When the mistake was found my oil was put in . I was then charged for the oil .when they realized that they gave me a card for free oil chan put in . When the mistake was found my oil was put in . Called back 3 days later and he had it done . All is well . More
