This is what happen I have always liked the people at Port Richey Ford they are friendly and professional. I have nothing but good thing to say about Frank Johnson. He is has taken the time to answer my question and show me how thing work on my truck. That being said I would like to say that my last visit was not a good one. I got my oil change and a new battery. When I got home and open the hood they had blown battery acid corrosion all over the inside of the engine compartment. So I had to drive another 40 miles back to get it cleaned off. Even the next I had to clean spots. If left uncheck it would have corroded the paint plus what every else under the hood. For a place of business that does this all the time and charge primum price for work by tech. you would not think this would happen. This is what you would get from a back yard mechanic. I do not what that person to work on my truck again or I will take my business else where. More

I made an appointment, the service advisor greeted me immediately, the shuttle took me home, a couple hours later I received a call that it was done. I got back to the dealer, the price was what was prom immediately, the shuttle took me home, a couple hours later I received a call that it was done. The dealership was ok and fixed the problem but the problem was a reprogramming of the ac. When we bought the car we bought 6 year bumper to bumper warranty for almost 2000 dollars. The problem was not included under the warranty per your advisor so it cost us 240.43 for a 20 minutes visit. There was a 22.27 shop supply cost too(?) we will be calling your home office for explanation. More
