Ford of Port Richey - Service Center

They forgot to send in a warranty claim, when I inquired about it they told me to wait longer. After the second contact them I was told to contact ford directly. Ford told me they had not received any cla about it they told me to wait longer. After the second contact them I was told to contact ford directly. Ford told me they had not received any claim. This when I contacted the dealer a third time and was told yes they did not send it in. I was the. Told to wait another 3 months for review but it would probably be denied due to some computer code. This issue was a recall and I have a letter from ford saying it would be taken care of. It has been 9 months now and I am still out 1400.00. To me they should have refunded my money and chase it themselves, as this was totally their screw up. I will not be dealing with this dealership again More

Made an appt to have my Truck serviced. When I got there, they couldn’t find my appt. eventually took me. I had asked for Works package. They didn’t do the Works package, just did std oil change...didn’t do they couldn’t find my appt. eventually took me. I had asked for Works package. They didn’t do the Works package, just did std oil change...didn’t do tire rotation as requested. Window sticker for next oil change was done wrong too...it showed same mileage as currently on vehicle rather than mileage for next oil change. Was not satisfied with service at all. More
