Somewhat disappointed- had several services performed including an oil change. Windshield fluid was empty when we checked after going home- suprised since this is usually checked and filled with an oil c including an oil change. In-law recommended this dealership to us. We spent $ 400 + and warranty work. Sorry, could not recommend this service department to others based on this experience so far. More

UTTERLY AWFUL IN EVERY WAY IMAGINABLE. Rude service rep UTTERLY AWFUL IN EVERY WAY IMAGINABLE. Greeted (ha!) by a horrifically rude and nasty service agent (Toni) who attempted to chastise me for being giv UTTERLY AWFUL IN EVERY WAY IMAGINABLE. Greeted (ha!) by a horrifically rude and nasty service agent (Toni) who attempted to chastise me for being given a 4:30 appointment (tell Ms. Churlish her problem is with schedulers and not the client.) Only 3 or, occasionally, 4 persons, including myself, another customer, and two service agents, were observing protective COVID measures. Their runner climbed into and drove my car without a mask on. I was originally told an oil change would take 30 - 45 minutes, arrived for my appointment and was told one hour, after 55 minutes of sitting on a curb in 100° heat because no protective COVID measures were being taken, I discovered my car still sitting untouched. I cancelled the appointment out of disgust and left. This was my first time to try this dealership and it will be my last. Incompetence abounds here and no one seems to know what they're doing. Agents chatted with their buddies while ignoring customers. I will NEVER return and will warn others not to waste their time and money at Ford of Port Richey. As a note, Flammer Ford has two locations only a few minutes north or south on Highway 19: drive PAST Ford of Port Richey in Hudson, Florida and keep going until you find a reputable Ford dealership. And to you employees that thought that being rude to customers and wasting their time was a good idea, you were wrong. Follow-ups to the Morgan Auto Group (that owns this wretched dealership,) the BBB, and the health department (among others) are being made. More
