We tried getting in touch with you regarding your service quote. There were extensive repairs needed to the wiring harness behind the dashboard. The repair required removal of the entire dashboard and wiring harness to replace a connector that was causing intermittent electrical issues. We attempted to contact you to review this information with you. We never want a customer to feel like they are "ripped off". We value our reputation in the community and do what we can to help everyone. If you would like to give us the opportunity to try and help you, please let us know.

That's xx from them. No one tried contacting me at all. 1-857-333-3433. call me and I will explain. They charged me $1400 which was paid for nothing and they wanted another $3200.00 to complete the repair. They are xxxxxxxx.

We attempted to reach you and explain the circumstances of your repair, you indicated to us that you were taking the vehicle elsewhere to be repaired and you were not interested in anything we had to say about it. We are still willing to try and turn your experience around, and try and help out with the cost anywhere we can, and properly fix your vehicle if you are willing to give us a chance.

Will never give them a chance. They had a chance and ripped me off and wanted more. My info is clearly listed above with cell phone and email. They are xxxxxxxx and would never recommend them for a purchase or repair.
