Lone my new E350 Dually I was looking for a very specific truck that met my needs. Friendly, but long wait Had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change after being told it would be a 30 to 45 minute wait. When it was finished the guy said it had been done for awhile but he was caught up in some other work so couldn't let me know. While I was waiting someone else was talking about how they waited for 1.5 hours last time they were there for an oil change. Other Ford dealerships I've been to have walked me through the "assessment" at the end. At Green, they just handed me the sheet. Waiting area was nice, staff was very friendly. Also have shuttle service which is convenient. Looking back I would've used it had I known it would take as long as it did. I'd recommend this place if you've got time to wait. More
