Took my Ford explorer in for the fuel pump recall, had to order part. I needed the vehicle so I went to pick it up. There was 5 - 6 employee's standing around talking gossip not bussiness, I stood there for order part. I needed the vehicle so I went to pick it up. There was 5 - 6 employee's standing around talking gossip not bussiness, I stood there for at least 7 - 8 min. along with an elderly lady. I had to break up their conversation to inquire about my vehicle, took them another 5 -10 min to figure what was going on then they just handed me the keys and said it was out the door to the left in back lot. I am a recent amputee just learning to walk with the aid of a cane, I have never been to a dealership that did not bring your car to you at the service desk.....FINISH LINE FORD in Peoria Illinois is the WORST dealership I have ever been too. I went in to look at some new trucks and ended up yaking one onlt because of the guy I dealt with. brothers Car in 6 times for transmission never fixed right. lose bolts and screws not put back, still not right.
