I have to give credit to my salesman: Bob Hunter was great to work with overall and should be credited with making the sale and follow-up service experience a better one. Bob reached out to me after my initial price request via email was turned down. He emailed and said they would be willing to work with me on the price I requested. That was good news! We decided to test drive on a Monday night, an hour before they closed. I made it clear to Bob that I was likely not purchasing that night. If all went well, I would be back the following day to make the purchase. We test drove the car, ended up really liking it, and Bob asked what it would take to drive home. I told him if they agreed to the price and concessions, I saw no reason we couldn't make it happen that night. We ended up agreeing to purchase the car that night for what we thought was a more than fair deal. I suppose any issues I had could be attributed to it being so close to their closing time. I could have done a better job of identifying issues on my end with more time. We agreed to the price, got approved for financing, and overall, it was a pretty painless experience. Two issues did arise afterwards, though. The first was we found out there was only one keyfob for the car. Admittedly, this was a personal pet peeve of the process. We called a Hyundai Dealer afterwards and got quoted over $400 for a new one. That definitely left a sour taste in my mouth and made a great deal...less great. In addition, we found after a day of driving, the driver's side door did not align properly and needed adjustment. These were things that I could have noted or remembered to ask about if I allowed myself more time. To my surprise, Bob called me today (over two weeks after purchase) and told me they located an additional keyfob for the SUV we purchased. If I were a betting man, he went out of his way to get one made. I don't know that for sure, but in the least, he secured a second key for us. This follow-up, a few weeks afterwards, definitely made the sale in my mind. We were happy with the price, but having one keyfob really sucks for a mixed-use family vehicle. If you are still wondering about the Driver's Door issue, I can credit them with at least looking at it for free. My only recommendation, and it is one that would apply to any dealer, is allow yourself ample time to look over the car before purchase and make note of all of those issues before purchasing. In the end, we're very happy buyers. We got the car we wanted, for the price we wanted, and a salesman that went out of his way to make things right after the fact when there was no additional incentive to do so (except maybe this review). I'd recommend Bob to friends and family for a great purchasing experience. More

Poor customer service I dropped my car off on a Friday morning (I had a scheduled appointment). I didn't hear anything at all on Friday so I called Saturday. The service department was already closed so I had to wait until Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). Tuesday morning I received a call and my car hadn't even been looked at (on Friday or Saturday). They provided a solution to fix my car, although I'm not sure it's the right one as I think there is still something wrong with my car and they were just trying to avoid having something covered under warranty. More

Uneasy Although I purchased a used vehicle at what I believe to be a fair price, my experience left me with a rather uneasy feeling. These are the reasons why: I was told the vehicle price was $1,000. More than what the car was advertised for on your website. Secondly, I was given two keys to the car, only to find out one was for a different vehicle. When I returned the key I was told the salesman did not give me two keys, implying that I was not being truthful. I was also told repeatedly that the dealership was losing money on the sale of the car. The car was not cleaned or detailed before I took possession of it ( I took it back later and this was done). The salesperson did not go over details or operations of the car with me and had a nearly empty gas tank. The salesperson was pleasant, but i just had an unsettled feeling about the experience. More
