Over $7000. 00 for a new front end and have to return to the shop for the 3rd time to get the steering wheel put on straight. After numerous voicemails not being returned service advisor informed me that there having phone problems and he can't receive them. Truck was finally brought in to the shop on the 4th day when I showed up at the shop . When it came out it was worse than when it went in. I am going to put it back in the shop for the 3rd time and hopefully someone will test drive it before they tell me that it's fixed. Obviously no one test drove the first 2 times it was in. After $7500.00 the steering wheel was at the 1 o'clock position and when they fixed it after 4 days it is now at 1030 o'clock More

The service department especially the Quick Lane division of the dealership were not genuinely interested in solving the issues and problems of the cars or vehicles but they are eager to give the invoice to of the dealership were not genuinely interested in solving the issues and problems of the cars or vehicles but they are eager to give the invoice to make payments. The technicians literally increase the cost of repairs relatively to other dealerships in town. There are lack of trusts and genuine desire to help customers with their cars or vehicles problems. I would suggest customer satisfaction program with the technicians, this would make customers want to come back for services. More
