The best service advisor I've ever had. Emily is by far the best service advisor I had ever delt with. She was able to get me in and out with a minimal wait time. Not Taken Advantage of I wrote a bad review of this company. I was angry. Things happened with my car almost immediately after buying it. That is not what you expect when yo I wrote a bad review of this company. I was angry. Things happened with my car almost immediately after buying it. That is not what you expect when you buy from such a good company. The things that were wrong, were wrong. But, after writing the review, the company contacted me. They asked for nothing. They simply asked that I bring the car in to be fixed. No charge, no promises, no hassle, no nothing. I could just as easily have left the review up as posted, now having a great car, at a great price and walked away. I can't help but wonder if any of the others here were like that. They fixed my car, in just a couple of hours, no charge, no pressure, no nothing. Yes, I'd sure recommend this place to anyone. Could you have an issue? Could you have a problem? Yes!! Absolutely!! But I've never seen a company, a month after a sale, on a used car, do so right by a customer. I thank them all. More
Awful Customer Service I rarely have to have any work done on my Mustang, but did have a fender bender several years ago and it took three trips to this dealership to get th I rarely have to have any work done on my Mustang, but did have a fender bender several years ago and it took three trips to this dealership to get the repairs done right. Much to my dismay, there are two recalls on my vehicle that needed attention, the airbag and the throttle body. This meant it had to go to the dealership. Since I work in Murfreesboro, this location was my only option. The young lady at the desk was incredibly rude, ignored my husband's very specific questions and then failed to call us when the car was ready. I picked it up after work, and failed to look closely at the paperwork. The throttle body had to be ordered....she did not even mention that was the case. On top of that, the service was schedule two weeks in advance giving plenty of time to order the necessary parts. The sales side of this dealership is great, but without a good service department to back them up, this location has some serious problems. I have worked in customer service for many years and don't tolerate incompetence, especially in a position that deals with customers on a daily basis. I am very disappointed and will be calling the service manager regarding this issue. More
