Excellent service. Took in my F150 for oil change and tire rotate. I was surprised they took me right away (without an appointment) as soon as I drove in. Also surprised at the warm and comfortable waiting area that included a food/snack bar, a tv going and a warm fireplace. Very nice! Bill told me it would be 1-2 hours and, sure enough, by 11am the service was complete. Everyone was friendly and he answered all questions asked. BTW - they checked all fluids, belts and whatever a vehicle inspection includes at no extra charge. Excellent service department that I recommend. More

They never fix the car right the first time she ALWAYS has to bring it back and leave it for days at a time. They think because she's a girl that they can tell her anything and keep charging her for things she didn't need...BAD...She's a single mother with 2 girls one of which has disabilities- breathing and heart problems AND CAN NOT be in a car without heat. The service department have been very rude and unprofessional this has to stop....Take your car elsewhere. More

"JT" Forrest is the best salesman I have ever delt with I stopped by the dealership back in August 2017 and met JT for the first time. Over the next several months either he would check to see if he could be of any help with finding me a truck or I would make contact to check about a vehicle ( Ruby Red F150 to be exact). JT was never pushy or over barring, just seemed to really want to help. On several occasions he would check other dealerships and see if the truck they had would be what I was looking for. I need to say something else about Ford of Murfreesboro at this point, price was never an issue, based on other dealerships in the area I new JT was going to have the best price. I'll just cut to the chase, we bought a new F150 Ruby Red Metallic from JT at Ford of Murfreesboro on 01-06-2018 and it was all because of JT's approach to the sale. Timely Service, Thorough Communication I took my 2011 Ford Escape to Ford of Murfreesboro for recall service. The newly renovated service bay made for a seemless check-in process. I especially appreciated the lack of pressure for "add-on's". Having the "garage" for looking over the vehicle is a nice touch, especially with the weather being rather nippy. The Lariat has a ton of bells and whistles and April did a great job of walking us through them. Looking forward to a great ride. More
