Bad customer service and unfair treatment Almost 45 days elapsed still have not receive my license plate. After sales, it seems like they don’t want to talk to you anymore because they have go Almost 45 days elapsed still have not receive my license plate. After sales, it seems like they don’t want to talk to you anymore because they have gotten their ripoff already. The salesperson have to provide me another 30 day extension. Lies upon lies... Bought an F-150 brand new, no manual in the vehicle , I called and texted the salesperson (name withheld) he responded that he has overnight it. Waited weeks still nothing, but when I told him I received a link from ford motors to rate the dealership and tge salesperson, guess what? The manuals was on my door step, special overnight delivery. Now my temporary tags expired they still have not mail me my permanent plate. Sent another temporary tag, filed a complaint to DMV and Miliaty JAG. Fellow service members do not travel that far from Fort Campbell to this dealership, once you Military and do not pay sales tax, they will find a way to get a rip-off. Worst dealership I had ever come across in my life. I had provided the address and the manager’s name to Fort Campbell administrators, they will brief it for new comers and use my experience as an example. I will follow it to the end and may sure they are blacklisted. More

Service Dept. Took my Taurus to get sunroof repaired. Slight mis-communication on what all needed repaired. Visit to service center I made an appointment for Tuesday with Emily. When I arrived, she was ready to help me and get the paper work signed. She already had the work ticke I made an appointment for Tuesday with Emily. When I arrived, she was ready to help me and get the paper work signed. She already had the work tickets completed. My visit was for the air bag recall and I also wanted additional services. After I arrived, I decided to add a detailing of my Mustang to the job list. Emily checked to see if it could be performed that day and scheduled it. She explained the cost and advised me that she could contact me when all the work had been completed. She is very knowledgeable and completely professional. More

Worst customer service I came in the other day not sure what day it was but this employee was being rude.
