I retired from an OEM and we always told the retail customers to use their respective dealers My wife and I use their Quick Lube service exclusively. I retired from an OEM and we always told the retail customers to use their respective dealers for all their Service work. I in turn do the same thing myself. The dealer always has the latest in updates and see the same vehicles consistently. They work with the factory and are always updated and current on tools, procedures and processes/ If you have issues down the road they can also go to bat for you with the manufacturer. Just good business sense. More

thanks for keeping my family safe! Randy and the team were great! I appreciated all that they did for me, especially making sure that I got good parts that I didn't even know I needed. They also worked with me as much as possible on the cost and made sure that I had a loaner .In the future, it would be nice if they had more consultation time worked in to their workload. He tried to help, I neede dmore time to understand and process the info, and what I didn't know. He also let me know tthat I could call and eh would explain more if needed.My issue was the cooling fan assy was inoperable. I think the Ford engineers need to work on a project/design that reduces the time it takes to replace it. then it won't cost so much. Thanks! More
