F150 Recall I received a call from the dealership that I had a lock recall on my F150. We set an appointment for 7am on Wednesday. When I arrived they advised me I received a call from the dealership that I had a lock recall on my F150. We set an appointment for 7am on Wednesday. When I arrived they advised me it would take about 3 hours. I was told that also when I made the appointment. I had a friend pick me up. In about 2 1/2 hours I was notified that my truck was ready to be picked up. When I arrived it was ready and all I had to do was sign the paperwork. More

They take care of you, make sure that they take care of all of your vehicle needs, answer questions, etc... Emily got me an appointment set quickly that I wanted with no problems. When I arrived she welcomed me and then verified the service that I was needing and asked if there was anything else that I needed done. She told me what all that the technician would have to do and about how long it would take. Emily deserves to be recognized by Ford for her hard work and going above and beyond.
