In and Out I took my truck in for it's first service visit. I thought OK, we'll see how they do here. Recall fixed I took my F150 in for a recall problem and they took care of it faster than I was told over the phone. My service encounter took place with priority and my overall wait was minimal, (in and out quickly) During the wait I was greeted by several folks from Sales and Service. Great Service Department Experience My first visit to the service department was awesome! I brought my Escape in to have a repair done and went ahead and added oil change, tire rotation My first visit to the service department was awesome! I brought my Escape in to have a repair done and went ahead and added oil change, tire rotation and a complete vehicle check since I’m going on vacation. Turns out my extended warranty that I had forgotten about through Ford covered the repair. Emily called and told me that. Turned out that I needed a few filters replaced and my vehicle was ready for me to pick up after work. The cost of everything that I had done was much less than I had anticipated, which was great! Emily was nothing but professional and her communication with me was eons above what I had experienced with the local dealership where I bought my Escape. They definitely have all of my future business whether it’s service or buying another vehicle. More
