I have been researching the market for a while but I found my perfect car and deal at this dealership. They have pretty accommodating staff. My dealership person, Greg was the sweetest, he answered all questions or doubts I had and even kept the car I wanted on a courtesy hold for almost a week. I’d say it is not just about the car, it is about the people you find along the way that make it happen. So far I’m enjoying my new car. I would recommend the dealership and my car sales agent Greg Smith to anyone and everyone! You’ll be amazed by the service you will receive. Thank you again! More

2 hours to change the oil July 8th I had taken my truck in for an oil change. On July 5th I had made an appointment for Monday at 3:30. Upon arriving the young lady that met me July 8th I had taken my truck in for an oil change. On July 5th I had made an appointment for Monday at 3:30. Upon arriving the young lady that met me at the desk said that I did not have an appointment. I assured her that I had made my appointment the previous Friday July 5th and she went to find out why I was not on the list. When she came back she walk me to another ladies desk which took my information and my truck went to be serviced. I arrived at the dealership at 20 minutes after 3 my appointment was at 3:30. I said in the lobby waiting for my truck for 2 hours. I was so irritated that I walked over to the cashier desk and asked if she could get me the manager. And she did just that for about 3 minutes it took her to find manager as he approached me young lady that had taking my truck had also come to me and said my truck was ready. And my reaction was I still want to talk to the manager. Extremely irritated upset been a long day I'm tired and I'm hungry taking 2 hours for an oil change. This manager was fixing to get an earful. I restrain my voice introduce myself as he did and told him that I was upset that you're two hours for an oil change. He said let me go see what they did. I said they did an oil change it took him two hours to do an oil change. Again he said let me go see why it took him so long. At this point I don't care what took so long there is no amount of work that has to be done to take 2 hours to do an oil change. I told him I was tired hungry irritated and I won't be back nor do I think anybody should go back. This is not my first time with this dealership. I had taken my truck in which is a 2015 f150 4-wheel drive that acquired a coolant leak on the turbo coolant line. I had taken it in to have repaired. I got it back and noticed a couple days I have an oil leak. The oil leak seems to be coming from the same place the coolant leak was. I carried it back in again they came out and told me that the bolts were not tight enough. They tighten the bolts give the truck back. That did not fix the oil leak. being that my schedule is full it took about two weeks for me to get back in there. They seemed extremely worried about my review that I had somehow tarnish their reputation because I put in my review what had happened. They gave me a loaner truck for the day and repaired my truck and I got it back the next day. The service manager ask me, when you get the email please update your review and make sure it shows that we did everything we could to help you. And I redid my review and I made it look nice for. So here we are again bad service bad service bad service. More

It would have been easier on them to let him go but they hung in there and I bought a beautiful 2019 5.0 Mustang. The general process was professional and smooth.
