The repair was accomplished within a reasonable period of time. They even cleaned up my car. All the staff were knowledgeable and I particularly appreciated Kara's help in explaining the process and giving accurate information as to the length of time of the stages in the repair. I would certainly go there again, even though I hope that I don't have another accident. More

I would not have my Ford F150 repaired anywhere else I have been dealing with Jason at the Ford Quick Lane since retiring and moving here 4 years ago. I would not have my Ford F150 repaired anywhere else. I have my oil changes, any needed repairs and tire purchases at this location in Murfreesboro. Jason is excellent, I always receive good service and he always takes care of me and my vehicle. Even though my grandson owns a Chevy Silverado Duramax, I have him go there. Trust is the key and I trust the Ford Quick Lane for everything. Excellent place, the staff are always professional and courteous along with the mechanics. Pricing and service are extraordinary. More

Time for a new truck First new truck I've bought in 13 years, last was a Nissan Frontier, now has 200k on it, always liked Fords. From the initial test drive with Latavious, to phone conversations with Jason, to closing the deal with Greg and the financing with JV, professional, polite salespeople. the haggling over terms was a bit protracted, but in the end I think both parties were satisfied. Really like the new F150 so far. Only suggestion I would make is to either modify or ditch the online payment modeling app attached to your website...if it doesn't give the customer accurate information, it comes off as a "bait and switch" technique. Either make it accurate or don't post it. Only reason the review isn't four star. More

Sales and service staff are top notch I went in expecting to not be able to make a deal at this dealership because I had a lot invested in the trade I was trading in. I assumed I’d have to I went in expecting to not be able to make a deal at this dealership because I had a lot invested in the trade I was trading in. I assumed I’d have to go back to the Chevy dealership that I’d bought the other one from. The sales staff went above and beyond to make my deal work. Big Mike the floor manager is awesome to work with. The service department is just as good Kayla my advisor is very professional and easy to work with. I intend to be a Ford if Murfreesboro customer for life unless something changes. These people want your business. More
