Air bag recalls I had a recall to replace the air bag in my car. They did this in a very short time and took the time to put a protective seat cover on the driver's s I had a recall to replace the air bag in my car. They did this in a very short time and took the time to put a protective seat cover on the driver's seat and even ran the car thru the car wash when done and all free of charge. They are a great group of people !!! More

In and out for in 30 minutes - no way Greeted by friendly courteous staff. In just a few minutes they had me written up for service. I figured I would be in the waiting room all day waiting and would probably have to come back because they didn't have the parts needed. NO, not at all. Before I could get comfortable with a hot cup of coffee in their very nice waiting area, they announced that my vehicle was ready to go. Entire experience less than 30 minutes and I was out the door. It blew me away. I will definitely will be returning to this dealer for future service needs. Thanks for your GREAT service staff!!! More

First Experience at Ford of Murfreesboro Just moved to Murfreesboro from West Tennessee and had to have my GT 5.0 Mustang serviced. Drove to the Quick Lane without an appointment and met Mr. Jason Smith the Assistant Service Manager. Vehicle was taken right in and had the oil changed and tires rotated. I might have been there 25 minutes. Clean and comfortable waiting area, friendly professional Staff. When I introduced my self to Mr. Smith he was very friendly and welcoming. We also discussed our other vehicle on the Ford Premium Maintenance Program. Jason is very professional and customer service oriented...we have found a new Home and a new Ford store. FOM provides a role of Service Advisor for I want to recognize and rate my Service Department Experience with Ford of Murfreesboro as extremely high. FOM provides a role of Service Advisor for each Service Customer during and even after the conclusion of Service. This role acts as your direct contact and customer representative. With this role you get prompt updates on your Service Progress, schedule and inquiry support. My Service Representative was Kayla Knightt. I rate Kayla a 5, (Excellent). I have now worked with Kalya on several occasions and find both the Service Experience as well as my Interaction with Kayla to aid and limit the communication challenges which are norms of other Dealer Service encounters were totally preempted by way of the Service Adviser role employed by FOM. I Highly recommend this Dealership and rate their Service Department as being among the best I have found in my ownership of my now 6th Ford Vehicle. Thanks Kayla! More
