All over a good experience. Only issue was the interior of my vehicle was messy and they did not clean up after themselves. They did wash the out side. More

Amazing customer service I typically don’t like to leave reviews, however I have to say, that Alex from Ford of Murfreesboro was amazing. Every need was met. I have a 2011 I typically don’t like to leave reviews, however I have to say, that Alex from Ford of Murfreesboro was amazing. Every need was met. I have a 2011 Ford Edge that needed break-booster replaced- it was under warranty so it did t cost me a penny. While my car was being worked on, I requested new tires that I was having a difficult time finding elsewhere. She found them and offered me a 2019 Edge loaner with 75 miles on it to drive until car was complete. I was not able to pick up my car due to schedule & they said I was welcome to keep the car an extra day. Thank you for making this process worry free! And thanks for finding the tires! I’ll definitely be back... customer for life! More
