Sir, with all due respect, we do not use bait cars. We are sorry that the vehicle you were interested in was sold to another customer before you made it to the dealership. Kim called you to let you know that before you got to the dealership, letting you arrive to find out would have been bad, but she called. There was no desposit to hold that vehicle from being sold to another customer, so we did the best we could to accommodate you and our other customer that made it to the dealership first. This situation is unfortunate, but it did not warrant the aggressive and vuglar lanuage to our employees.

It was almost closing time and Kim wanted to get home. I could have put a deposit down, but she was "about to get locked in" So..... She said we could just do it in the am.. I agreed. The next morning, Kim called me at 8:34 to "set up my test drive" per HER request the eve before. So, I called her back exactly six minutes later. She then started started screening my calls and not responding to messages. Meanwhile I was busy driving across Middle TN to fulfill the commitment I had made to her. Bait cars don't have a sign on them that says bait car. It's what you and yours did with it, that made it a bait car. Any person on your sales staff could have simple contacted me and saved my entire Saturday morning, while also being upfront and professional. But instead, you "baited" me in with a car that you sold out from underneath me. You stole my time and treated me with no respect. Your sales team has no courage or character. I don't deal with thieves or liars. You have proven yourself to be both.
