Service Excellent & Checking Out Sales My experience via Emily in Service was great. She explained what was being done that day as well as what and why additional services may be needed. My experience via Emily in Service was great. She explained what was being done that day as well as what and why additional services may be needed. No pressure was given or even perceived. While I was there, I also spoke to JC in Sales, who made a decent offer for me to trade my 2012 F-150 for a 2019 F-150. JC was very nice and knowledgeable about his product to the point that when I'm ready to replace my truck, I will stop at Ford of Murfreesboro first and ask for JC. I have no complaints regarding Service or Sales at this point. More
