Rick was very helpful in helping us find a truck. Told him our needs and he found one and it was delivered to the dealership on Saturday and we were able to pick it up Monday. The only part about the purchase that I asked but was not followed was not to shine, polish the floor mats. They did and they were really slick. I had to use cleaner when I got home to remove it.
