Rick was very helpful in helping us find a truck. Told him our needs and he found one and it was delivered to the dealership on Saturday and we were able to pick it up Monday. He listened and delivered wh him our needs and he found one and it was delivered to the dealership on Saturday and we were able to pick it up Monday. He listened and delivered what we were looking for. Chris in finance helped get us the lowest rate available. Alex in service was able to answer questions about capacity, service and parts. The only part about the purchase that I asked but was not followed was not to shine, polish the floor mats. They did and they were really slick. I had to use cleaner when I got home to remove it. All in all we are satisfied with our purchase. It’s the fourth one from Ford Of Murfreesboro. More
