Had a recall on my Ford mustang and the rep that called me said it would be a four hour job. They ended up keeping my car for two days. My wife and I came in last minute to look at a Ford Flex. Jay was our salesman, we found out the he had only been there for 3 days and we were his first customers to purchase.
