My wife and I decided to look around at a few different models of mid-sized pickup trucks. Our first stop was at Ford of Murfreesboro where we met Taurean Jordon "TJ". TJ listened to everything I was looking for even though I told him 'I was only looking for now'. After the test drive, I was sold on a particular truck, so we started the purchasing process. Half way through I decide I want another truck - so we started over. Doug Kaufman, the Sale Manager, and TJ never missed a beat and I left with my brand new 2021 Ford Ranger XLT FX4! I brought my car in for a pretty heavy warranty issue inside the bell housing. This was a lengthy service, but Ford of Murfreesboro kept me up to date AND helped me secure a rental with a locked, low dai inside the bell housing. Made an appointment on-line back in 2020. Service person stated we dont do that kind of on line appointments. Wife left work for the appointment / no service preformed. Feb 6th Service to get trailer break programed. Sevice advisor stated my OEM part would not work. I missed several appointments for a warranty service, and Andrew was still absolutely fantastic to work with.
