Very disappointed in this transaction, because I only had my car for 3 days, now I got a low tire, the one that traded had 4 brand new tires on it. I have been a repeat customer at this dealership but I'm no my car for 3 days, now I got a low tire, the one that traded had 4 brand new tires on it. I have been a repeat customer at this dealership but I'm not so sure now unless they give me 4 new tires on the car that I have now and it's a concern about the tires because I drive to Nashville everyday and if I'm the second owner of the car, that means the tires are original and probably have reached there limit but I guess the 120 point inspection must have missed that. Once again disappointed unless they make it right. More

I took a truck in for a simple oil change. It took almost 4 hours! I was never notified about my truck. Once I decided to show up an employee just stared at me without addressing me at all.
