This was my first experience at Quick Lane Ford of Murfreesboro, after dropping off my vehicle for the works I was told it would be 15 mins before they pull my car in. An hour after I dropped off my v Murfreesboro, after dropping off my vehicle for the works I was told it would be 15 mins before they pull my car in. An hour after I dropped off my vehicle they gave asked me between 2 different oils. One they said my manufacturer recommended and one they said could void my warranty, so obviously I chose the one they recommended. This oil was full synthetic which could not be used for the works promotion, only they didn’t tell me this until I called back to see if my vehicle was ready 2 hours after I dropped it off. When I get there they told me they could put the oil that could void my manufacturers warranty in after they already put the full synthetic warranty in. I refused to pay for more labor based off their mistake and I was just ready to get out of there. Also my car had 6 more miles on it, than when I left it, so where did they take my car? Don’t recommend they accepted the failure to disclose was there fault but kept trying to excuse it with them being busy and understaffed. More
