Made an appointment on Friday 10/15/21 for 10:45 to bring my truck in! Was told it would be Tuesday before they could get to it! I understand, but so much for an appointment. I didn’t hear anything Tuesday, my truck in! Was told it would be Tuesday before they could get to it! I understand, but so much for an appointment. I didn’t hear anything Tuesday, so I contacted my rep on Wednesday morning and was told it hadn’t been looked at yet but was hoping to get it in that afternoon. Got a call was told what the problem was and the price. Also was told it would take about 4 days to get the part. Mind you my truck as already been there for 4 days and possibly waiting for another 4+ days. So I asked this question, can I pay for it and pick it up because it is a work/personal truck. They said I could, but would lose my place in the service line. So let me get this straight, I’m willing to pay up front for services I haven’t received, but you can’t put me back in the rotation of vehicles there for service. As I write this review, I still haven’t heard from the service manager after I left a message for him to call yesterday. So, I’m going to pick my truck up and find somewhere else for service. More
