Took a few weeks to get together on price. If GM would've let salesman deal with me it would've saved everyone a lot of time. Had to wait for dealership to drop price 3 different times because truc would've let salesman deal with me it would've saved everyone a lot of time. It’s a great deal to get the oil changed and tires rotated for $53 including tax! One thing I don’t like however, is there is a multi-point inspection and paperwork I received states results of inspec rotated for $53 including tax! I do not know results of inspections. I called to find out where I can view results of brakes, fluids etc inspection and had to leave a message inquiring about these inspections asking fir results. That was Saturday and I have not heard back from anyone yet. so, if you want a good deal on oil change, this is place, just don’t put much stock into their “multi-point” inspection. Not sure it is even done because no results are provided. More
Was mislead regarding a repair. First trip Service dept said they fixed it. They actually had only patched it. Went back second time. Alex, Service Advisor, was great. The warranty company (purchased from another dealership) took a week to make a decision on the warranty claim and Alex stayed in contact with me giving me updates and mad (purchased from another dealership) took a week to make a decision on the warranty claim and Alex stayed in contact with me giving me updates and made a suggestion to call the warranty company. Once the claim was approved, it took them two days to complete the repairs. He also made sure my other requested items were completed. More
