This was a ridiculously over priced and underserved experience with poor work. My battery was dead. There was electrical flickering. My sun roof cover was bunching when it was opened. They did not run experience with poor work. My battery was dead. There was electrical flickering. My sun roof cover was bunching when it was opened. They did not run diagnostics on my car to see if any codes for electrical ran. Said they only replace entire sunroofs, not parts and charged $99 to"diagnose"they would change out the sunroof. They tested my battery for charge and replaced my battery, charging me AN HOUR AND A HALF LABOR! Scratched my paint while doing that and when I pointed it out took no responsibility. And gave me a bill for$500! I went to the body shop to ask them to fix the scratch and they "worked it out"with the mechanic department for them to fix it with a paint pen. I won't be returning and am still furious they charged an hour and a half to switch out a battery! And never even tested to see if there is an electrical problem! I feel they should refund all but 15 or 30 min of that! When I drove off, my window rolled down on its own! Yes, there probably is something going on with the electrical. I don't even know if I really needed a battery! More
Ford of Murfreesboro notified me that my 2014 Ford Explorer had a recall to replace the center row inflatable seatbelt. They scheduled an appointment for me too have it fixed. They told me it would be Explorer had a recall to replace the center row inflatable seatbelt. They scheduled an appointment for me too have it fixed. They told me it would be a long wait and offered to shuttle my wife and me to a local mall and restaurant for lunch. I thought it was over and above their responsibility but was so much appreciated. They finished the repair and sent us home happy customers. Our drive to Murfreesboro was 3 hours each way so their hospitality and professionalism made for a visit to the service department a lot more tolerable. I can't say enough about Zoe Reffner our Service Adviser. Zoe is the best. More

2/9/22 - Worked with Albee Holt. She was very courteous and professional. ( I give her high ratings). Brought car in for 9:00am oil change. Car was returned to me for pick up with broken rear windshield and professional. ( I give her high ratings). Brought car in for 9:00am oil change. Car was returned to me for pick up with broken rear windshield wiper, which I had them replace.Ready by 11:30am. Drove off the lot and after several miles, noticed check systems on the display. Returned to Dealer and they were able to reset the display. I was told system was not reset after the oil change. It went unnoticed by the mechanic and the person that moved the vehicle. 7/21/21 - Oil Change. No incidents. Other incident- On a rainy day my wife brought the car in to the dealership for service. On the way home it started raining and when she put the windshield wipers on they were literally shredded. She pulled into the nearest auto parts store where they promptly replaced them. 9/9/20 - Brought car in for oil change and latch recall. When I get the vehicle home the engine guard underneath the car became detached and was dragging on the ground. I temporarily tie wrapped it up and returned to the dealer for repair. Sometime later I couldn’t open the door because the inner door panel became detached. I got the door open to find that the screws holding the door panel on had been stripped out due to over tightening from the dealership latch replacement . I repaired this myself and have had no issues with the door panels since. 2/1/18 - Brought car in for recall and through Ford was referred to rental car agency. They gave us the wrong directions and the wrong rental company !!! Got a phone call saying the car was ready, and 15 minutes later got a call saying it wasn’t!! You just can’t make this stuff up. It really is a shame that all this happened in a new state of the art facility, and it speaks volumes that I can bring my car to WALMART for repair without incidents. Too bad because I really like the vehicle. Quality: Zero Stars. Don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon. Next vehicle : Toyota More
