At this location I’ve dealt with the advisor losing my contact information so my planned trip over the summer to get my AC fixed while I was out of town never happened, they lost my keys in the shop for 2 hours and as of recently, they make you drop your vehicle off for 3 days before looking at it. I took my truck to the Honda Dealership to work on a leak I thought was the front differential. They told me it was also my oil pan. I have a warranty, so I asked the advisor to call Ford and ask if covered. They said they need to diagnose it but probably. I took the truck to them, waited 3 days and was told it’s not covered AND to fix it the cost would be double Honda. I asked what he could do for me, answer was nothing so I picked up my truck. Upon arriving, I asked to speak with the GM because I felt tricked into bringing my truck to them if it wasn’t covered. He said oil pans are never covered, and blamed me for not having Honda call the warranty 800 number. I asked why his rep wouldn’t give him that number or look up the part number to which he had no response. I asked for the fee to be waived and he said why is this our fault and not yours? I said I just gave you three reasons and if you don’t get it don’t worry, I’ll pay it as I walked away. He tried to keep me fighting in the lobby and followed me to the service desk, told the advisor to waive my fee and looked me dead in the eyes and said, take all your business to Honda and don’t come back. I thanked him and would recommend you also take his advice. More
